PRODUCT: ALL-IN-1 V2.3 OP/SYS : VMS SOURCE: Digital Equipment Corporation INFORMATION: The following applies to U.S. customers only. As part of Digital's commitment to assure contract customers effective and reasonably priced support we must advise you that as of June 30, 1994 the U.S. Customer Support Center will no longer support Version 2.3 (or earlier) of ALL-IN-1. The electronic problem/solution databases (DSIN and DSNLink) however, will remain available. To continue to receive telephone support you must upgrade to a version more current than ALL-IN-1 V2.3. We highly recommend that you migrate to ALL-IN-1 IOS V3.0 so that you may take advantage of the many improvements and new functionality that has been engineered into the product. The U.S. Customer Support Center or your Digital account team can provide tailored services at additional cost to assist you in upgrading. If you cannot upgrade before June 30, 1994 then you may negotiate a special support contract for your currently installed version through your account team or directly with the U.S. Customer Support Center. 4.0 DECUS library on wuarchive.wustl.edu "The Digital Equipment Computer Users' Society and Washington University in Saint Louis are proud to announce the availability of the recently released Spring 1993 DECUS VMS SIG and Languages and Tools SIG tapes for access over the Internet. A great deal of work has been put into making this collection, and both DECUS and Washington University would like to thank the many people who spent the thousands of hours necessary to make it possible. The VMS and L&T SIG tapes are available for anonymous FTP from wuarchive.wustl.edu [128.252.135.4]. All of the various parts of this tape are stored in the directory "/decus/vms93a" and "/decus/lt93a". Please retrieve the file "COPYING" first since it contains important information you will need to copy the BACKUP savesets. Please note that wuarchive.wustl.edu is a dedicated archive system and may be used without restriction 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Washington University regrets that under no circumstances can it provide copies of the DECUS Symposia on any form of media, nor can it honor requests for individual files from the Symposia tapes. Questions about the Washington University archives (only) should be e-mailed to archives@wugate.wustl.edu. The approximate sizes of the SIG tapes are shown below, in kilobytes (1 kilobyte is 2 disk blocks): decuslib 10760 KB idx93a 20451 KB lt93a 95493 KB * vms93a 150379 KB * Note: the GNU software has been removed from the lt93a saveset. You can get the latest versions of all GNU software from /systems/gnu on wuarchive.wustl.edu.
