We would appreciate your taking the time to complete this survey as it will provide guidance in mapping the future of ITEC. The survey has been developed as a Web based survey in the hopes that it will provide you with an easy mechanism to complete the survey. The Support and Services Survey is conducted yearly to help the ITEC Executive Board better understand the needs of the ITEC membership. We understand the workload you are all facing and very much appreciate your time in filling out this survey. Your responses will be analyzed and reviewed by the ITEC Executive Board. The responses will be tabulated, and the results will be available at the Spring COA. It is the intent of the Executive Board to direct the future of ITEC support and services based on your responses to this survey. We are encouraging multiple responses, or a collaboration of effort on each member campus. Please inform your colleagues at your respective campuses that the survey is available at: WWW.ITEC.SUNY.EDU or WWW.ITEC.SUNY.EDU/ITEC/ITECCOVER.HTML. Please complete the survey as soon as possible in order to provide time to tabulate the responses in time for the Spring COA. Again, on behalf of the ITEC Executive Board, and Dan Sidebottom, we thank you very much for your time.
